MISSION

The mission of Faith in Action is to help at-risk residents of Southeast Lake County enjoy a better quality of life and maintain their independence longer.

Interfaith volunteers assist frail elderly, chronically ill and disabled residents with many forms of non-medical assistance, such as:

·       Transportation to medical and other appointments

·       Help with shopping, reading or bill-paying

·       Minor home repairs

·       Friendly visiting and telephone support

·       Respite care for family caregivers

There is no charge for services and we serve anyone in the community regardless of their religious affiliation.
